Joey Essex has posted a photo on his Instagram page pretty much confirming what we all suspected - he's back with his former girlfriend, 'TOWIE' star Sam Faiers.
Since Sam left the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house earlier this year she's been diagnosed with Crohn's disease, with rumours circulating that her on-again/off-again boyfriend Joey had been visiting her while she was unwell.
Joey has always maintained the two are just friends, telling Digital Spy in March: "At the moment we're just friends. I'm just there for her... It's great to be supporting her while she's ill. I want to be there to put a smile on her face and make her feel a bit more better in herself."

However judging by this selfie posted by Joey, it seems that the pair might well have rekindled their relationship.

It was recently reported that Sam was due to quit 'TOWIE' at the end of the current series, with sources claiming it was so that she could focus on her relationships outside of the show - possibly referencing Joey, who quit the docusoap last year.
Since the two split for good (or say they said...) last year, Joey has appeared on 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' where he was seen growing close to fellow contestant Amy Willerton, while Sam struck up a close bond with 'Made In Chelsea' star Ollie Locke during her time in the 'CBB' house.
Sam will star in this season's 'TOWIE' finale on Wednesday 2 April at 10pm on ITV2.
