Photos from the set of ‘The Hollow Crown’ - which stars ‘Sherlock’ actor Benedict Cumberbatch as Richard III - have been shared by eager fans on Twitter.
In the snaps, Benedict can be seen sporting a longer ‘do than usual and riding on horseback.
The series is epxected to premiere in 2015 and Benedict isn’t the only A-lister appearing in the Shakespeare adaptation.
He’ll be joined by Dame Judi Dench, who agreed to star in the historical mini-series after Benedict personally asked her.
Well - who says no to Sherlock?
If Benedict needs any help getting in character, he can always call upon his ‘Sherlock’ co-star Martin Freeman, who played the hunchback on the West End stage this summer.
The project is the first of two Shakespeare plays being tackled by Benedict in the coming year.
In August 2015, he will begin a 12-week run as Hamlet, at London’s Barbican.
