Amanda Holden, Michelle Keegan And ‘X Factor' Judge Simon Cowell Hit The Red Carpet At The Sun Military Awards (PICS)

The stars were out in force to support a good cause last night, hitting the red carpet at The Sun Military Awards.

Celebs including Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell, Michelle Keegan and David Beckham attended the event at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich.

The event commended the Armed Forces, recognising and admiring the work that servicemen do.

Liam Neeson and Mary Berry were also among the stars in attendance, as were Alesha Dixon and current ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ contestant Mark Wright.

Speaking at the event, Mark shared his joy at being in attendance, telling The Sun: "I've been a couple of times before and it's always an amazing night and it's such an honour to be able to be invited. They're such heroes.

“Sometimes people go through their everyday life and work and social life and doesn't have time to think about what's going on tonight, so it's nice to sit back and be proud of the guys we're honouring.”

This weekend, Mark will compete in the ‘Strictly’ semi-finals.
