Sam Smith, who is also among the stars performing on the night, has been nominated in a whopping five categories, and given his success at the Grammys earlier this month, it looks like he might do well to clear some space in his increasingly impressive trophy cabinet.
Ed Sheeran also looks set to have a good night, in addition to his performance of ‘Bloodstream’ he’s been nominated in four categories, as is ‘Budapest’ singer George Ezra, while Royal Blood have a respectable three.
The star-studded line-up of performers is one of the most impressive the Brits has seen in years, with Taylor Swift, Royal Blood, Madonna and the newly-confirmed Kanye West all taking to the stage during the ceremony.
Don’t forget to check back later to find out who has been triumphant in each category, but until then here are this year’s Brit Awards nominations…
