The Sun claims she has accused the muscle man (with a penchant for tiny shorts) of “stabbing her in the back” by telling photographers where they would be hanging out.
Kelly has shut down his bid for fame by removing all the photos of their time together from her Instagram account.
A friend told the paper: “Kelly thinks David has been using her.

“She felt hurt and humiliated when she began to realise he was more interested in fame than he was in her.
“He was desperate to be in the papers and she kicked him out as soon as she realised that."
They couple had been inseparable since getting together at New Year, with Kelly taking her new beau along with her to Miami earlier this month as she shot her latest swimwear campaign.
