‘EastEnders' Spoiler: Mick Carter And Ronnie Mitchell Hatch Revenge On Dean Carter (PICS)

It seems like Mick Carter is finally going to get revenge on rapist Dean in ‘EastEnders’, but will the pub landlord be able to go through with his plan?

Viewers have seen Mick and Ronnie Mitchell plotting recently, following the Mitchell sister's disgust at his closeness with her sister, and in next week’s episodes, the duo will solidify their revenge plot.

We can't wait to see what they have in store...

But will they actually harm Dean?

‘EastEnders’ bosses have made no secret of the fact Dean is set to finally get his comeuppance, however previous comments suggest the revenge will come in the New Year.

eastenders spoiler
Who knows what Mick and Ronnie have in store...

Last month, Danny Dyer explained that his character won’t murder Matt di Angelo’s, stating: “I love Matt Di Angelo – but f***ing hate Dean with a passion. The geezer’s going to get it, don’t worry.

“We are going to wrap it up and it’s going to be done in a very clever way.

“I did want to kill him but Dom [Treadwell-Collins, executive producer] was right, that’s not the way forward.”

Dean has been at odds with his family since he raped Linda Carter, in emotional scenes that aired last year.

MORE 'EASTENDERS':

However, bosses took a different route with the storyline, and in a bid to create scenes that come closer to many women’s real-life experiences, Dean was not given a huge, soap trial.

Instead, Linda has struggled to cope, while he walks free, and maintains that he did not commit a crime.

‘Strictly Come Dancing': Jay McGuiness And Aliona Vilani Impress Bruno Tonioli (Who Subsequently Turns The Air Blue)

We love it when ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ judge Bruno Tonioli gets a bit carried away, but bosses were forced to apologise following Saturday’s show, when the animated star swore.

MORE 'STRICTLY':

Bruno was heaping praise on Jay McGuiness and Aliona Vilani’s Paso Doble, when he told the duo: “Oh yes, those are the bull's bollocks. He really went for it. Your arms were like the wings of a flamingo."

Story continues below the video...

While the panel giggled and Darcey Bussell put her head in her hands, Tess Daly apologised to viewers and the BBC also posted a message online:

Despite scoring an impressive 33, Jay and Aliona didn’t manage to top the leaderboard, and they were pipped to first place by Kellie Bright and Helen George, who both received a total of 35 points from the judges.

Another celebrity will leave the competition this evening, and things aren’t looking good for Ainsley Harriott and Jeremy Vine, who both failed to impress the panel.

‘Sherlock’ fans have been given an early Christmas present, as it’s been confirmed when the upcoming festive special of the show will be aired.

The episode, which is titled ‘The Abominable Bride’ is set to arrive on screens on New Year’s Day - and fans will also be able to watch the show in cinemas.

The news was revealed at Comic Con in London, and then confirmed by the BBC online.

Bosses have also treated ‘Sherlock’ lovers to a sneak peek at the episode, posting a series of images on Twitter:

A number of new details about the upcoming Christmas special and long-awaited fourth series were also revealed, including the fact shooting for the next full season will begin in Spring 2016.

Speaking of the festive episode’s Victorian setting, showrunner Steven Moffat said: “We've got, I think you can safely say, the Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson of a generation - we want to see them do it in the proper outfits, just once.”

The first trailer for ‘The Abominable Bride’ was screened during the recent ‘Great British Bake Off’ final.

The clip saw the duo travelling to a house of great, gothic dimensions, where Sherlock talked of suicide missions and war, appearing even more haunted than in previous series.

‘Emmerdale' Spoiler: Ross Barton And Nikhil Sharma Clash As Businessman Returns (PICS)

‘Emmerdale’ is set to air Nikhil Sharma’s return in the coming weeks, however things don’t exactly go smoothly for the businessman, and he clashes with Ross Barton moments after arriving.

The altercation begins when Debbie Dingle attempts to say sorry to Nikhil for her part in Gennie’s death, however he doesn’t exactly respond well to her apology.

nikhil return
Oh, Ross...

When Michael Parr’s character hears Nikhil’s insults, he intervenes and punches him in the face which is... um, an unorthodox approach.

Last week, Ross was unveiled as the person who shot Robert Sugden, and the news was delivered to viewers in a flashback episode.

How will Debbie react to Ross's intervention?

In the surprising scenes, Ross made a deal with Andy Sugden, who agreed to gun down Pete Barton in return for Ross shooting Robert.

That wasn’t the only shock twist though, as the flashback episode also revealed two other unexpected storylines.

Paddy Kirk’s infidelity left fans on Twitter stunned, and Ashley Thomas’s early onset dementia diagnosis has got the ball rolling for the much-loved character’s exit.

Jeremy Corbyn Slammed By Martin Amis, Called 'Uneducated, Humourless And Slow Minded'

Twitter has gone into meltdown after Jeremy Corbyn was mocked as "uneducated, humourless and slow minded," by leading British novelist Martin Amis.

LATEST: John McDonnell Brings Up His Own 'Embarrassing' U-Turn In Letter To George Osborne

Writing for The Sunday Times, Amis said the 66-year-old Corbyn lacked "the slightest grasp of the national character" and called the Labour leader "the fluky beneficiary of a drastic elevation".

He also mocked the fact Corbyn only achieved two E grades at A Level before studying at a polytechnic and said the party did not deserve "a single vote" under his leadership.

martin amis
Martin Amis

Oxford-educated Amis, one of the leading British novelists of his generation and the son of novelist Kingsley Amis, is the author of acclaimed 'Money', 'The Rachel Papers' and 'London Fields' and has worked as a literary journalist.

But the critical reception of his more recent novels prompted some to suggest Corbyn had a ready-made comeback.

Others thought the fact Amis was in the headlines on the same day as Tony Blair meant they had gone back in time further than the one hour the clocks went back by on Sunday morning.

Some wondered why an opinion piece by a novelist warranted a separate news story that was on the front page of the paper.

Others thought it actually benefitted Corbyn.

And one person had an interesting take on why it benefitted Amis.

What Date Is the Right Date to Have Sex?

$
0
0
I must admit, I go on quite a few dates, and I love them. I love the awkwardness, I love the moment at the end of a date when women pretend to reach for their wallets. What I love the most is when you realise that your swipe to the right might actually end up in a few months of great fun.

I feel like in today's society, we have given ourselves an almost unfair time limit, in which it's acceptable to have sex. Looking back on my dating history, there's been no specific length of time - it happens when it feels right.

In a world where sex has become as accessible and easy as doing your weekly Ocado shop, when do we know when if it's the right time to shag for the first time with a new partner?

For some people, a snog on a first date is a bit much, but to me it's wonderful and essential. And just to be clear, lunch dates do not count as dates; unless wine is involved that is! Lunch dates without alcohol are almost an unwritten contract that you are entering into a monotonous and business-like relationship, where after a year you will get married and have children the year after. Obviously, it's different for everyone, but I want to have fun when dating someone new.

I want to be able to get hammered on a date, and say stupid things that I probably shouldn't say, I want to go for that one drink too many and end up snogging in the back of an Uber (to whose house it doesn't matter), and ending up feeling awful at work the next day. All with that smug glow of knowing in the back of your head that you got to first base. To me, that's how I want to live.

But does this mean we should go to bed with a new partner straight away? I feel that we should all be free to do what we want, but I always feel like by the third date, foreplay should almost certainly be guaranteed, if not sex, by society's rules. I've always heard that date three is the right night to really ramp it up. You've got to know each on dates one and two, and by date three you should have a good idea about who the other person is. It's impossible to ignore chemistry, so why should we?

What puzzles me though, is the thought that this pressure is becoming normal. Is it now the case that we're setting a terrible example for the younger generation, who will now grow up thinking that you have to have sex on the third date? I wonder if it's simply right to teach that sex is special, but in all honesty I believe that every person, and situation is different.

It was only last year that I waited three months to sleep with my ex-girlfriend. Although at the time I thought it was slightly excessive, I knew it was what we wanted. I respected her wishes, knowing that she didn't want to be just a one night stand. We were together for a year, and it was a wonderful time in my life. I was glad we waited, as I didn't want her to feel pressured before she was ready.

What I'm trying to say, at the end of all this, is to not worry about the pressure. Go at your own pace and do what feels right to you.

Ainsley Harriott has become the latest celebrity to leave ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, after ending up in the bottom two with Jamelia.

MORE 'STRICTLY':

Despite showing signs of improvement during the competition, Ainsley failed to impress and all four judges opted to save Jamelia and her pro partner Tristan MacManus.

Speaking after both couples had performed their dances again, Craig Revel-Horwood stated: “The couple I think that danced the best on the night is Jamelia and Tristan.”

“I so enjoyed both performances and this is incredibly difficult but the couple I would like to save is Jamelia and Tristan,” added Darcey Bussell, before Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman agreed.

Ainsley had only positive things to say about his time in the competition, and told Tess Daly: “It’s been absolutely amazing. I’m sad that it can’t continue but I made a couple of mistakes and the judges are spot on, they know exactly what they are talking about. I’m sad for you Natalie I really am.

“I wanted to push on a little bit more but it wasn’t meant to be.”

Next week’s Halloween ‘Strictly’ will be a spooky special, airing at the usual time of 6.35pm.

The ‘X Factor’ final 12 is now complete, after Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora decided which Boys and Girls would earn a place in the live shows in a special edition of Judges Houses’ on Sunday (25 October) night.

READ MORE:

After viewers saw both categories perform for their mentors and their guest judges at two exciting locations, the two newest panellists revealed the results of their decision live to the nation.

Nick and the Boys were up first, and his first choice proved to be highly controversial, after he awarded Mason Noise a place in his final three, with the audience booing the decision.

Mason previously left the competition after clashing with Simon Cowell during the Six Chair Challenge round, but was brought back after Tom Bleasby pulled out of Nick’s top six.

There was also good news for Che Chesterman and Seann Miley Moore, who earned the other two places in Nick’s final line-up.

This meant it was the end of the road for Josh Daniel, Simon Lynch and Ben Clark.

Explaining his decision, Nick told hosts Caroline Flack and Olly Murs: “I went for people who I thought they knew who they were as artists. Che has one of the best voices I’ve ever heard, Mason is a superstar, and where do I even start with Seann?”

The Girls were then the final category to be revealed, with Rita Ora opting to take Louisa Johnson, Lauren Murray and Kiera Weathers through to the live shows.

The star’s decision meant there was disappointment for Havva Rebke, Chloe Paige and Monica Michael, who were all sent home.

Of her final three, Rita said: “It was the craziest journey, but I’m happy I got these girls one step closer. They all represent something different and something unique. They all have their own stories to tell and I can’t wait for you all to see.”

The six hopefuls join the other six acts who earned a place in the live shows during Saturday (24 October) night’s show.

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, who is looking after the Groups this year, decided to put Alien Uncovered, 4th Impact and Reggie ‘n’ Bollie through, while Overs mentor Simon awarded his top three places to Anton Stephans, Bupsi Brown and Max Stone.

MORE 'X FACTOR':

The final 12 now have six days to prepare before they perform live for the nation for the first time on next Saturday’s (31 October) show. One of them will then be eliminated on Sunday night’s results show.

‘The X Factor’ continues next Saturday at 8pm on ITV.

Strictly Come Dancing - Week Five

$

0
It was an interesting week for many reasons, not least of which was that Tess had finally cracked and murdered her stylist. We knew this because she wore a rather lovely dress and her hair looked nice. No sign of any plain clothes policemen in the audience, but then there wouldn't be, would there? No. An arrest however is imminent. Take my word for it.

Georgia May Foote danced a decent salsa. "That woz so good arm gonna change your name to Georgia May HIP!" shrieked Len, keen to get his famed word play into gear early in the proceedings. Lovely Carol Kirkwood danced the Viennese Waltz, which requires lots of spins. Pasha prepared for this by taking Carol on lots of spinning rides at a theme park. I'd have gone for extra training myself, but Strictly Law is that we must endure terrible VTs before every dance. Carol looked terrified and her spare arm seemed to belong to someone else - possibly a farm worker wielding a shovel.

Anita and Gleb danced the Tango to Temper Trap's 'Sweet Disposition' which was a rubbish choice of music because all the drama - and Anita was good - went for nothing, and the make-up team had given her Ming The Merciless of Mongo eyebrows, but the judges loved it so clearly I know nothing and I don't know why I'm bothering to write this.

Peter Andre danced the rumba to Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud, which is, I believe, 2015's ultimate first wedding dance for everyone without an imagination. It was, to my mind, utterly sexless, but then I think Pete is the human equivalent of a Shirley Temple cocktail; looks great, but no chance of getting drunk on it, so what's the point? Next up strode angry Kirsty Gallacher, a woman who believes herself to be a much better dancer than she is and as a result is furious every week when she doesn't get better marks. She wore a dress like a piece of satsuma peel dipped in glitter and took half an hour to get down the stairs, but gave a pretty decent account of herself once on the dance floor proper. "Vat is wivvart dart your best dance!" declared Len, and Kirsty agreed loudly if not entirely modestly. We've all been at school with someone like Kirsty, haven't we, children?

Ainsley and Natalie danced the Jive to 'Shake Rattle and Roll' by Bill Haley and the Comets because pots and pans (geddit?). It was as camp as Christmas, he was as flat-footed as a camel and the judges hated it, but I thought it enormous fun so shut up Craig.

Jamelia and Tristan danced the Foxtrot to Celine Dion's 'Because You Loved Me', a song so terrible it makes me want to use a rusty spoon to remove my eyeball and feed it to a dog. The routine began with a load of tedious shizz about horses and carriages in Central Park, and I didn't see anymore of her dance because I was battling with a recalcitrant wine bottle cork, but the judges told her she was crap (illegal lifts, wrong footwork blah blah) so do with that information what you will.

Next up, Anton and Katie danced the salsa. Anton was dressed as a 1970s' sales rep in a beige suit and Hawaiian shirt, and declared the routine would be "hot and spicy". Latin is not Katie's, or Anton's for that matter, strong suit, so they were pretty dreadful, which was a shame as Katie is probably as competitive as Kirsty but at least has the grace to hide it.

Jezza Vine danced the waltz; horrible gapping, lifeless topline and all the lyricism and panache of Judy Murray, but he's game and takes his criticism well, so I like him. Craig awarded him three points, Len six. Len is an idiot.

Helen "Call The Midwife" George was next. Helen is my little niece Lauren's favourite, perhaps because they are both blonde, tiny and sweet, so for her sake I hoped for good things from Helen's Quickstep. Fortunately she was fabulous; so fabulous in fact that Craig awarded her nine points and Helen made a noise that sounded like a squirrel trapped in kettle.

Ooh, Jay and Aliona dancing the Paso. They were brilliant. "Great lines, great control, great shaping, great dance," declared Craig. "The best male arms ever," added Darcy, weirdly. Len blathered on about nothing in particular like the wizened old fart he is, Bruno waffled about Jay getting his bum (Jay's, not Bruno's) in the wrong place and said "bollocks" which forced Tess to apologise for his language.

The woman from EastEnders danced a jive to "One Way Or Another" which is a Blondie, not One Direction, song, so shut up toddlers. It was alright and a bit of a meh note on which to finish the programme but I suppose everyone must get their turn. The judges however were fulsome in their praise. "Ar know the clocks gar back tonight, but ard like the clocks to go back RAHT NOW so ar can see it agin!" yelped Len.

The sensational madness that is Strictly Halloween is next week. Remember Pasha as Shrek, complete with green face and ears? It's the BEST.

June Whitfield will be reprising her ‘EastEnders’ guest role, and returning as Sister Ruth this Christmas.

MORE 'EASTENDERS':

The veteran actress has shared her delight at returning to the soap, stating: "I am so thrilled to be returning to EastEnders to revisit Sister Ruth and am really looking forward to working with Jessie Wallace again.”

Kat previously confided in Sister Ruth

Despite appearing in just a handful of episodes, June’s character played a big role in Kat Moon’s storyline, as she remembered giving birth to her daughter Zoe at the convent.

However, Ruth didn’t reveal that Kat also has a secret son that she doesn’t know about.

Could Kat finally be about to find out?

Kat and Alfie are currently in Spain following their lottery win, but they’ll be back in the Square in time for the festive season.

Soap boss Dominic Treadwell-Collins previously teased: “Christmas in Walford is always the perfect time for uncomfortable family reunions – and Kat and Alfie’s brief return will lead tears, laughter… and a mountain of secrets being unearthed for the Slater family.

“As Kat and Alfie hold on to each other and their marriage, the discovery that Kat has a secret son will lead to seismic waves through the Slaters – and ultimately lead to the Moons realising that the answers to so many questions lie across the sea in Ireland”.

Ryan Thomas is used to his fair share of drama playing bad boy Jason Grimshaw in ‘Coronation Street’, and that spilled over into real life over the weekend.

READ MORE:

The actor ended up spending a night in police custody after he was arrested following a drink-fueled bust-up at a pub in the Lake District.

Police were called to the Wheelhouse Club and Lounge, Bowness-on-Windermere after the 31-year-old was caught up in a heated row in the pub toilet.

A witness told the Sun: “He was there with four or five mates but it all kicked off in the loos.

“It took at least ten minutes to get him outside as he was kicking off. Suddenly about five or six police vans turned up. Cops round here don’t mess about when someone can’t handle their drink.

“Outside it kicked off again. He was put in the back of a van as his mates mouthed off at bouncers. It was a really big scene.”

The star was then taken to Kendal police station where he spent the night.

He was later fined £90 for being drunk and disorderly.

Cumbria Police confirmed they had arrested a man on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.

Ryan’s arrest comes just weeks after he announced he was quitting ‘Corrie’.

The actor, who has played builder Jason Grimshaw for the last 15 years, said it was time to ‘spread his wings and pursue new challenges’ with his sights set on Hollywood.

“It has been a great privilege to be in Coronation Street – the cast and crew are among the best in the business,” Ryan said. “To be a part of it for so long has been an amazing experience.

“The decision to leave was extremely difficult. I’m just excited now to see what exit storyline the writers give Jason.”

Flora Shedden might not have won this year’s ‘Great British Bake Off’ but she’s already bagged herself a publishing deal, which will see her release her first cookery book.

READ MORE:

However, the opportunity has meant that the 19-year-old, who came fourth in this year’s series of ‘Bake Off’, has had to drop out of her art history degree at St Andrews University.

Experts are already predicting that her book of simple recipes, ‘Gatherings’, could net her £150,000.

flora shedden
Flora came fourth on this year's 'Bake Off'

Speaking about her decision to leave uni, Flora said she couldn’t miss the opportunity to write her own book.

“Making the decision was really tough,” she told The Sun. “I’d already taken the last year out working so I was quite late starting a degree anyway.

“Putting it off for another year was something I really didn’t want to do.

“But this is an exciting time and these opportunities are only there now. They won’t come back in four years when I’ve finished my degree.

“It was difficult but I knew I didn’t want to do anything half-hearted. I didn’t want either my studies to slide or to produce a book I wasn’t happy with."

And it’s not just the book world Flora has her sights on - the teenager is also toying with the idea of doing more TV.

“I thought I’d be a total shambles but TV was a lovely experience,” she admitted.

“I think it’s a really nice way of speaking to people.

“And I’m a big bletherer — I’ll speak to anyone.

“It was exciting and if something was to come out of it and I could make it a career then it’d be lovely.”

Earlier this month, this year’s ‘Bake Off’ champ, Nadiya Hussain revealed she nearly didn’t make it onto the show at all.

The series six winner admitted she almost quit the hit BBC One show when she found out she had made the final 12, fearing she would have to spend too much time away from her young family.

Mason Noise's 'X Factor' Apology To Cheryl Fernandez-Versini Prompts Judge To Do A U-Turn On The Controversial Finalist

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini appears to have had a change of heart about the controversial ‘X Factor’ contestant Mason Noise, following his on-air apology to her.

READ MORE:

The talent show hopeful said sorry to the Geordie judge live on Sunday (25 October) night’s show, following a now-deleted tweet he previously posted about her.

Speaking to 'Good Morning Britain' about the apology, Cheryl said: “Everybody says and does things in the heat of the moment.

“The fact that he was man enough to do that live on air, I respect him for it, and him and I will talk and, you know, he's a super talented guy.”

Following Mason’s first audition, it emerged that he had previously tweeted derogatory comments about Cheryl and ‘The X Factor’.

He wrote last year: "How is Cheryl in the music business, let alone a judge...?"

And in 2013, he posted: “Xfactor tonight. Like the industry isn’t bad enough…”

Mason was said to be “absolutely devastated” that his tweets came to light.

A source told The Sun in August: "When he wrote them he had no idea that he’d be standing in front of her just a year later and he is mortified about the things he said then.”

After he controversially won a place in the live shows, when mentor Nick Grimshaw gave him a place in the final 12, Mason said: “Cheryl, I'm sorry and I love you.”

The studio audience were particularly unhappy with Nick’s decision to give Mason a place in the lives, and could be heard booing loudly.

Mason previously left the competition after clashing with Simon Cowell during the Six Chair Challenge round over his lack of airtime, but was brought back after Tom Bleasby pulled out of Nick’s top six.

Simon Cowell has fuelled speculation that there will be a wildcard act on ‘The X Factor’, following the reveal of the final 12.

Sunday (25 October) night’s show saw the public discover which acts would be progressing to the live shows, with favourites such as Monica Michael and Josh Daniel failing to make the cut.

However, not all hope is lost for them yet, as it appears one or more of them could be returning.

On Monday’s episode of ‘This Morning’, showbiz reporter Rylan Clark played a VT of Simon being quizzed about the possibility of a wildcard.

“I wouldn’t rule anything out right now,” he said cryptically.

Rylan then suggested to hosts Holly Willoughby and Ben Shephard that there could be a fifth ‘wildcard’ category, mentored by Louis Walsh, who is heavily rumoured to be returning as a fifth judge.

Simon recently teased why there would be a need for a fifth judge on the show, telling The Sun: "There is also something else which we haven't announced yet which will make the logic of having a fifth judge."

London's Royal Albert Hall will host the CTBF Royal Film Performance™ 2015 of 007's 24th screen outing, which has already been received extremely warmly by critics.

Watch all the arrivals on London's red carpet above, live from 5pm

Attending from the film will be James Bond himself, Daniel Craig, along with this year's villain Christoph Waltz, Monica Bellucci, Lea Seydoux, David Batista, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Andrew Scott, Rory Kinnear and Ben Whishaw. On the red carpet will be the film's director Sam Mendes with his producers, Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson.

As well as the royal presence on the red carpet, other guests include David Walliams, Susanna Reid, Rick Edwards, who will be greeting the other VIP arrivals ahead of the film.

'Spectre' sees a cryptic message from the past sending James Bond (Daniel Craig) on a rogue mission to Mexico City and eventually Rome, where he meets Lucia Sciarra (Monica Bellucci), the beautiful and forbidden widow of an infamous criminal.

Bond infiltrates a secret meeting and uncovers the existence of the sinister organisation known as SPECTRE. Meanwhile back in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes).

Bond covertly enlists Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) to help him seek out Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), the daughter of his old nemesis Mr White (Jesper Christensen), who may hold the clue to untangling the web of SPECTRE. As the daughter of an assassin, she understands Bond in a way most others cannot.

'Spectre' is set to open across the UK from 26 October.

‘First Dates’ star Louis Gill has shared some delightful news, revealing that he’s found romance - but it’s not thanks to the Channel 4 series.

Instead, an appearance on ‘This Morning’ finally led him to love, and Louis has now revealed that he’s been dating a woman called Harriet, who contacted him via the daytime show.

Speaking to MirrorCeleb, Louis explained : "I've finally found someone through the show who I really like and we've been on four dates in a week!

"Her name's Harriet and she works in communications. She's away on holiday at the moment but we're planning to get together again when she gets back.

"She tried to contact me through ‘This Morning’ before we connected on Twitter.

"We have a lot in common and she hosts a talk show on Shoreditch Radio."
Awww!

Louis’s nerves have previously got in the way during his ‘First Dates’ appearances, however when ‘This Morning’ presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield appealed for ladies looking for love, they were inundated with tweets.

The self-confessed “hopeless romantic” explained his nerves to the presenting duo, telling them: “Normal everyday situations I’m fine, but it's usually situations where I’m having to make a good impression, so something like a job interview, and driving tests have been a bane of my life - I’ve tried four times now!”
